Bénigne Emmanuel Clément Miller, French linguist, historian, and author, who worked in 1833 at the Cabinet des Manuscrits of the Bibliothèque Royale in the Greek manuscripts division, where he recorded his research in a seven volume publication. Miller's writings include INSCRIPTION GRECQUE NOUVELLMENT DÉCOUVERTE AUX ENVIRONS D'ATHÈNE (1865).
